following the COVID-19 pandemic, we discontinued the Dave Schutte Memorial CF Golf Scramble and, for the foreseeable future, we plan to rely on the existing endowment as our primary funding source.

The 5th Annual Dave Schutte Memorial Cystic Fibrosis Golf Scramble was held May 23rd 2019 at, Chapel Hill Golf Course in Mount Vernon, Ohio.

The proceeds ($15,000) from this event were donated (split 50-50) to the pulmonary departments at Dayton Children’s Hospital and Nationwide Children’s Hospital.

The CF Golf Scramble was an official function of the Dave Schutte Memorial CF Endowment. The event was organized by Michael Mast with the support of Dave’s family and friends.

All golfers and volunteers received this 1.75-ounce DSM logo shot glass when they visited the Dave Hole… for a donation, we filled it with Dave’s favorite beverage, Crown Royal blended whiskey.
